Dry Dock Waterfront Grill

Seafood Salad


½ tbsp. Sherry Wine
3 oz. chopped Celery
3 oz. chopped Green Onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Honey
½ tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
½ tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 oz. Butter Oil or Clarified Butter
3 cups chopped Shrimp (31-35)
3 cups Lobster Meat
3 cups Crabmeat (Phillips Jumbo Lump)
Garnish: Lettuce and Wedged Tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

Mix mustard, honey, butter oil, Old Bay seasoning, Tabasco, sherry wine and lemon juice until well blended. Add mayonnaise and combine thoroughly. Then add celery and onions and mix well. Finally, gently fold in seafood.

Plate on lettuce with tomato garnish. Can be accompanied by seasonal fruit.
